2016年澳门葡萄新京网站在聚焦重大前沿科学问题、引领科学发展方面取得了系统性原创成果,在药学相关领域公认的重要期刊上发表了200余篇高水平学术论文。一系列重要科研成果发表于Science, J. Am. Chem. Soc., J. Med. Chem., Eur. J .Med. Chem., J. Nat. Prod., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Biomaterials等高水平专业期刊。
本年度全院共发表论文374篇(SCI收录256篇),会议报告论文110余篇。国内论文119篇,核心期刊收录98篇。国外论文255篇,SCI收录253篇;其中公司为第一完成单位发表的论文192篇,研究文章186篇,综述6篇。影响因子10以上的有10篇,7.0~10.0有11篇,4.0~7.0有47篇。
周德敏/张礼和课题组题为“Generation of Influenza A Viruses as Live but Replication-Incompetent Virus Vaccines” (制备复制缺陷的活流感病毒疫苗)的突破性研究进展发表在国际顶级期刊Science杂志上(IF34.66),鉴于该成果在预防和治疗病毒性传染病方面的重大医学价值和社会意义,全球最大的科技新闻工作站SciPak将该发现作为亮点,于美国东部时间12月1日下午2:00向全球媒体发布。随即新华社、纽约时报、华尔街日报、加拿大广播公司和香港南华早报等媒体相继跟进,对这一重大发现进行了专题报道。Nature杂志也对此突破性进展给与了高度评价,认为周德敏及其集团同仁们建立的方法将被广泛用来制备更高效的病毒疫苗。
焦宁教授研究团队在简洁高效合成邻苯二酚类活性分子方面取得重要进展、董甦伟教授课题组在基于脯氨酸硫酯的多肽连接方法研究中取得进展、张亮仁/张礼和研究团队发现钙信号通路新型调控蛋白,研究成果发表于J. Am. Chem. Soc. (IF13.04);叶新山研究团队在脲催化的立体选择性Koenigs-Knorr糖基化研究中取得进展,研究成果发表于Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.,IF11.71;焦宁教授课题组还在Chemical Society Reviews杂志上发表了1篇综述,影响因子34.09。
